

While we were waiting to get the single policy started, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested quotes for (4) other policies - this was October 2021 and (4) agents ago (that's 4 agents in 6 months). It took weeks to get a policy sent to us to sign. The initial Agent never engaged, the next agent was following suit initially and blamed his inability to respond on the company’s phone system not relaying the calls and emails information, and other excuses. (SWITCH) We were off to the races to get a response from the agent. (BAIT) September 2021, they took my initial call and information and provided a quote for a policy that fit our needs. NOTE: I even provided copies of all current active policies to use as a reference and guide as to what was active and what their costs were! Therefore, if there was a "Zero-Stars" option, I'd argue it wasn't low enough and wish I’d seen these reviews prior to falling for their bait and switch scam.

I wouldn't even be leaving this one if a Manager (Read: ANYONE) would have just responded to my repeated requests for an update on my quotes. I try to never leave bad reviews in writing and prefer to discuss my experiences (good and bad) with a manager, in the event my bad experience was a one-off and not typical. So I say run from Coverwallet unless you want to be with the mess we are currently dealing with.

They have caused us serious financial stress on our business because of their neglect. After going round and round with both Coverwallet and Progressive we are now forced to take legal action against Coverwallet to recoup our money. Coverwallet admitted as much but would not accept responsibility with Progressive to drop our rates back down to what they had quoted us. It turns out the another agent took over the policy and the original signing agent did not forward the documents. We get documents three weeks into the policy stating our premium had increased by 30% annually ($11,000) due to not receiving documents they requested which we had given to the agent who signed us on day one and we had email proof of that. We were completely transparent with our driving record which was not a bad driving history. So we signed a policy contract for commercial insurance. We were quoted a rate which was a lot of money annually but cheaper than most. If you are shopping insurance rates and are thinking of calling Coverwallet DONT!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Cover Wallet is really a joke! Can you imagine all the trouble I had gone through? Terrible Company and will never deal with them again! I hope they would now stop bugging me for giving them money. I had emailed her back with the prove that I did contact them. 3 months later, Jenny Viernes from Cover Wallet contacted me saying I never contacted them to cancel my policy and will go through collection agency to collect the money.

I had provided all the proves to my credit card company that I had contacted them to cancel, in order to dispute the money that they had charged me.

They keep charging me money, and so I had to go through the trouble to contact my credit card company to cancel and put a block on them to stop them keep charging my credit card. I was enrolled into their automatic payment system, once enrolled they wouldn't let me take off my credit card information from my account online, which I had tried. Which is the same phone number that I had been calling and no one pick up my phone. So, I logged into my account online to do the online chat and tell the rep I want to cancel, the rep says they cannot do it, and says I have to call their phone number. I called them so many times, I was on the phone for 20+ hours, as each call is an hour or more, but they never pick up the phone. I had emailed them to cancel my policy, never get a response from them.
